Work done this past week:
* Upgraded kernel and related userspace utils on savannah, and
incorporated the latest AIC79XX drivers.
* Ward finished email changes to log_accum
* CVS group race condition fixed. CVS groups could be created
before user groups on the system, causing invalid CVS groups to be
created.
For the rest of this week:
There was not time this past week to renable mailing list creation,
and so that will be worked on this week, as well as making Ward's
log_accum changes live on savannah.
