Hello,

If your username is 'bufi', then I saw you are not a member of project  
swarm, so access is denied even for read-only. Instead, please use the  
'anoncvs' user:

cvs -z3 -d:ext:address@hidden:/webcvs/swarm co swarm

Also, 'webcvs' is the webpages repository, ans is empty; the source  
tree is:

cvs -z3 -d:ext:address@hidden:/cvsroot/swarm co swarm
