Hello,

Your GPG key was not properly uploaded to your Savannah account:
https://savannah.gnu.org/people/viewgpg.php?user_id=15074

For example, here is my GPG public key:
https://savannah.gnu.org/people/viewgpg.php?user_id=20998
which I got using: gpg -a --export address@hidden

Wait 30 minutes for the changes to replicate on the system once you  
upload your key.
