This has been fixed in a more recent version of Savane (the software we 
currently use to run Savannah).  I will add a task to the `administration' 
project to back-port this fix.

Summary:  No Date header entry in bugtracker mails

Original Submission:  There is no 'Date:' entry in mail generatd by the bug 
tracker. All mails are dated 1.1.1970 by thunderbird because of that.
