Description:
It will be crossplatform C++ SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) library with 
SSL, gzip payload support and easy to use. Later there would be also WSDL 
support also. I have some code based on EasySoap++ (GPL'ed) library, but I'm 
going to rewrite some parts of it and add new features. EasySoap++ is good 
library but it's haven't be updated for about year now.

Other Software Required:
It will use expat(posiblie also Xerces or libxml2), OpenSSL, zlib also I'm 
considering to integrate it with wxWidgets.
