Notifications from anonymous users with different localization reached the
mailing list recently. E.g.:

I don't know what the issue with the notification from the older report was.
But it is probably ok to close this again.
I'll try to keep an eye on whether there will be missing notifications in the
future and whether there is a pattern to them...
