I could not access any of the items via the drop down menus, for example to
add a new news item for a project.  The menus display and hovering over them
shows the link that they are supposed to go to, but when I click on them
nothing happens.

I had to enable the "Stone Age menus" to be able to navigate to the pages I
needed to.

My web browser reports its version as:

Version 115.0.5790.170 (Official Build) for Linux Mint (64-bit)
