prints a period of the Gregorian calendar as long as the period starts on or
after 15 Oct 1582. example:
        $ guile -l /path/to/print-cal.guile --

three procedures
1 pd-iter : perform actions on each day in a period
2 get-wkdy : gets the weekday using pd-iter
3 print-pd : prints days of a calendar's period using pd-iter

acronyms
pd: period, yr: year, mh: month, wk: week, dy: day, iter: iteration
