You have to do this little ritual hoopla of uploading your tarball,
together with a GPG signature file which matches your registered GPG
key. Then just wait for the files to appear on the mirrors.

The mirror to which ``http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases''
redirects might not be the one which picks up your tarball the
soonest.
