well yes, but that doesn't really tell if screen actually supports 256-colors does it? As i do see the cube, but as i said in the other mail, i do see the reduced version of 8 and 16-colors depending on TERM beeing screen or xterm-256colors (both of which actuall say they support 256 colors).
