As you noticed, the “maintainer” is not… ahem… very responsive.

Via CSS.  There are also cases where the HTML engine emits old-style
presentation tags like <center>, and we should really fix that.

That’d be much appreciated!  This code predates the inclusion of SXML in
Guile (and perhaps the inception of SXML, even.)
