thankx Dan, still havn't tested it out yet. i looked at the Makefile that configure setup and compared it to previous spamass-milter. I just took out the -R/usr/local/lib "part" on line 125 where LDFLAGS is set. No errors on make. LDFLAGS was left blank on last version's Makefile.
