Espeak output module checked into CVS

Hi Lukas,

I just tested synthesis voice settings and an attempt to speak after a
previous call to SET SYNTHESIS VIOCE leads the espeak module to crash.

The end of my espeak log looks like:

espeak.c:812: espeak_set_language: Assertion `msg_settings.voice' failed.

I am using espeak 1.26.  I will let you know if upgrade helps.  Did you
intend to actually require the version 1.27?  It would be nice if the
module didn't crash with the older version...
