I can not run orca with speech-dispatcher

Hi Jose,
Uninstall the distributors python-speechd and set the correct
pythonpath to usr/local
so that the speechd bindings can be found.
To check it run python at the textconsole and type import speechd
If this works, orca should be able to use it :-).
