Second Beta version for the 0.7.1 release

for Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid), I have made available packages of the Beta 2
in my PPA named ppa:dusek/spd-test. To install:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:dusek/spd-test
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -u dist-upgrade
killall speech-dispatcher

Then restart all applications using speech-dispatcher. E.g.
with Orca running in Gnome, press ALT+F2 and then type:

orca --replace

Note that if you try your luck and install the package on Maverick Alpha 3 or
newer, then you don't need to execute the killall and orca --replace commands.
