Hi William,
Pls. drop a look into into the festival package where original
festival_client.c lives.
It is under examples/festival_client.c
You'll not find in it functions like lisp_list_get_vect,
vect_read_item and friends.
They were introduced by Hynek, while his modifications.

Due to this fact I guess it is safe to move lisp_list_get_vect to festival.c
What do you think?
