I confirm the fix With speech-dispatcher master up to and including commit
246839de, thanks!

As an aside and unrelated (it happened before and still happens, just 
forgot to
report it) I get some error messages in the attached log
/dev/shm/didier/speech-dispatcher/log/speech-dispatcher.log
They do not seem to hurt.

I also attach the main config file.

LANG is set to fr_FR.utf8
