Will there also be packages for Debian testing?

I can not switch to Debian unstable on my laptop because I need it for
work, but I'd be happy to help with testing the new speech-dispatcher if
possible somehow also with my current installation. Maybe there would be
more testers if the packages are not only available for unstable.

I can also try to compile  and install manualy if I can install the new
version in parallel to the speech-dispatcher package for Debian testing
to be always able to switch back to a stable workingenvironment.

So if you have a quick solution how to test  on debian testing I'd be
happy to try the new version.
