"In" Debian testing, not before the eventual 0.12.0 release.

Most often one does not need to switch to Debian unstable to install an
experimental package, when the package does not require any unstable
version of dependent libraries. More specifically, adding the
experimental source does *not* enable it for all packages, only those
for which you asked the experimental version, so trying won't hurt.
