[IMPORTANT] Mid-term evals and checkup on GNU GSoC projects

Dear GNU/GSoC'11 mentors and students,

mid-term evaluations are coming:

July 11, 19:00 UTC: Mentors and students can begin submitting mid-term
evaluations.

July 15, 19:00 UTC: Mid-term evaluations deadline; Google begins issuing
mid-term student payments provided passing student survey is on file.

If you are a mentor or a student, please reply to this message with a
short comment (one paragraph) on the state of your project. Make sure
you reply to address@hidden and address@hidden only.

These e-mails will be kept private and their only purpose is to help us
keep an overall control over GNU SoC projects and track potential
problems. Fell free to complain or tell good things about your student
or mentor if needed.

I also want to invite all GNU/GSoC'11 students, mentors and admins for
an IRC meeting at #gnu-gsoc (Freenode) on July 10th, starting at 23:00
UTC and lasting about one hour.

It is very important that this message reaches all mentors and students.
All mentors are BCC'd, but I couldn't find students' emails in Melange.
If you are mentoring a project, please forward this message to your student.
