Final slots distribution

Hi hackers.

So we just hit the voting deadline, and the 6 apps getting the remaining
"desired" slots has been distributed in melange as follows:

GNU Radio: 2 desired slots.
GNU Octave: 1 desired slot.
GNU TLS: 1 desired slot.
Org-mode: 2 desired slots.

See melange for details on which apps were accepted (remember that we
can't disclose publicly which applications have been accepted or
rejected until 23th April).

So now we have the 100% of the 27 GNU slots assigned, and currently no
conflicts with other orgs.
