[Taler] Introductory about new participator

Hi everyone,

My name is Siyu Lei, new participator to Taler, I will work on User-centric 
improvements to the Taler wallet in next few months.

I am current graduate student in University of Southern California, this is my 
second year.

Hope in the coming several months, I can contribute good source code and great 
idea to Taler to make it better.
