Yes it should, I've also noticed references to 'autorefund' in some places in the documentation.  Has support for it been removed?

Check taler-wallet-cli tool, you can also look at Design Documents – no. 26 (Refunds and Fees).

What is the interest in the OpenRC services?  I wrote some, but they could use some polishing.

Actually, I have been writing some documentation about how to install Taler from scratch. At this point, it only covers Debian installation, but I would like to add a section about building Taler. As far as I know, there are no OpenRC services wrote for Taler itself, so if you wish to make them available, it would be easier to reuse them on other distros that support OpenRC. Although I am a little rusty at writing OpenRC services, I can help out.

Just trying to do some bug reporting.

Great! Let me check that it applies to either stable and devel branches.
