tramp (2.0.5); telnet method loops

The telnet method goes into a loop looking for the yesno prompt
regexp.

Here is the 'tramp/telnet' buffer showing that I am actually

What's going on?  I tried setting "tramp-yesno-prompt-regexp" to nil,
but got the same thing.
