Well, I don't use org ... for Tramp, it seems to be sufficient to
recompile. It does not offer autoloads which use compatibility functions
(at least I hope so).
For Tramp, I have just implemented a warning like
Warning (emacs): Tramp has been compiled with Emacs 27.1, this is Emacs 28.0.50
