@rockdaboot It looks like the problem is that the commit has moved most of the 
HTTP 302 handling from `process_response_header()` to `process_response()`, but 
the HEAD request can get a 302 redirect response, too, and in that case it 
seems to be just dropped now, with no follow up request queued. I don't know 
how to fix it, though - could you please have a look?
