[AUCTeX] Wired question about auctex in cygwin

Subject: [AUCTeX] Wired question about auctex in cygwin

I'm using cygwin 64 on windows 8.1.

The auctex in cygwin (emacs-auctex) works, but the one installed from ELPA (auctex 11.88.4) do not function.

​When opening or loading a .tex file with emacs, it always says:

​Debugger entered--Lisp error: (error "Autoloading failed to define function TeX-latex-mode")​
​

​Anyone knows why?​
