[avr-gcc-list] 128 in 103 mode.

Fellows,
Somehow my 128 stop working in 103 compatibility mode.
More - now I cannot program (uisp software) 128 with 14.7 MHz crystal (I did 
it before with 16MHz one)
If I program 128 with 4MHZ crystal first then stick 14.7MHz one, it works, but 
once interrupts disabled, they cannot be reenabled anymore...

Sounds unreal, yet true...

I think this is a fuses business.
Which valuses fot them should I use if I want to run 128 in 103 mode with 
external 16MHz crystal?
