There are unfortunately two of them.
Atmel proposed a 6-pin header in appnote 910. It is still in
widespread use, but they later on also established a 10-pin header.
All the Atmel ISP tools come with both (when it comes to connecting
to other targets -- internally, often only the 6-pin header can be
found).
The IMHO major drawback of the 6-pin header is that 6-pin connectors
are much harder to get than 10-pin ones.
