Yes, I'd like to have instructions to get a stand-alone version working.
I'm planning to put a modified stand-alone version on the Doyen live CD.
Currently I can almost build the Doyen CD except that the instructions
don't quite match so I'm still struggling with it. Once I get it fully
bootable the next task will be to install Axiom followed almost immediately
with installing MathAction.
