[Axiom-developer] linux: sman not built

I just fetched axiom--main--1--patch-13 via tla/arch and built it, but it
doesn't seem to produce an "sman" binary.

The make stops with

967a making /home/rubey/axiom--main--1--patch-13/int/input/wiggle.output from 
/home/rubey/axiom--main--1--patch-13/int/input/wiggle.input
/bin/sh: line 1: sman: command not found


???
(I'm using Mandrake 9.2)
