Hi Pooyan,

The problem with the footnotes and the xrefs overlapping should now have
been resolved. What has also been resolved is that the document now
produced through Bibledit / ptx2pdf / XeTeX is completely in Farsi,
including all numerals, and page numbers, and the running heading. The
version of Bibledit that is in the git repository by tomorrow (if our
internet connection happens to work) will have the fixes that makes it
all Farsi. A help file should soon be written how to get it going, and
will be available online.
