You have to delete all of plugin.external.player (don't forget delete zip file in packages) and install it again. After install it you must replace xbmc3Dplayer.py on version from my last message. Remember that variable "isHalfSBS..." doesn't exist on the newest xbmc3Dplayer.py, so never be "NameError: global name 'isHalfSBSSideBySide' is not defined" error.
You were right, the plugin now seems to work correctly as I previously replaced the wrong file:

However, bino is not being started. I see nothing in the logfiles, but I believe that this has to do with user rights because vdr and xbmc are being started as user "vdr". Maybe, this is something more yaVDR specific, so I am going to check it with the users at vdrportal.de where yaVDR is being supported.
