[Bino-list] Bino 1.3.5 is released; last version before 1.4.0!

Bino 1.3.5 is released!

This is planned to be the last test release before the new stable
version 1.4.0, so please test it to make sure that there are as few
problems as possible.

Currently only the English, French, and German translations are
complete and can be released with 1.4.0. If you would like to add
or update a translation to your language, please do so now!

In particular, we currently have incomplete/outdated translations into
Czech, Polish, Russian, and Simplified Chinese. It would be great if
you could find the time to update them for 1.4.0. Please let us know
how much time you need.
