I'm not sure to understand all you say, in fact my patch is the first
step, it concentrates options declarations in only one file, but sure,
this is not finished for the moment, I don't want to send a too large
patch in one time.

Could you explain your idea ?  Would you keep the two latest tables ?  My
goal is to concentrate options working, to keep two tables entries is not
interesting I think.
