Re: Doxygen reference manual and OVERVIEW.TXT

I think we should provide a pregenerated manual and make use of the web site 
to have an online copy for reference.  If you would like to take on 
updating/re-introducing overview.txt that would be great!  It would make it 
very worthwhile to do a 1.0.1 release right after that :).
