Clandestine mailing lists

I finally found the tiny blurb at the bottom of
http://www.gnu.org/software/commoncpp/ that says 

"A mailing list is available on address@hidden Feel free to send
any bug reports, patches, and questions to this list."

But it doesn't give any hints as to how one might go about subscribing
to it.  The other 3 CommonC++ homepages aren't any more helpful either.

Is there a users-commoncpp list as well?  Thats more like what I'm
after, just some place to ask a (hopefully) simple question.
