Yes, applying that patch resolves the problem for me. Thanks to you both
for looking into this. I'm not sure what the policy is for GAWK
releases. Will y'all be creating a 4.2.1 release any time soon after a
fix is committed? I'm also curious what generally determines when you
create a new minor release.
