In the ezwinports binaries, those DLLs were always required, at least
since Gawk 4.0.1.  Gawk 4.1.0 added MPFR and GMP, as I build Gawk with
MPFR support.

Those DLLs are in the Gawk binary zip, so once you unzip the archive,
you should have a working Gawk.

Maybe you mean 3.1.6?  That was before ezwinports, so you probably
used a different build with different functionalities.  And yes, Gawk
4 added more features.
