Hello,

I have set up gnats 3.113.1 with gnatsweb 2.9.0 without much trouble.

I am experimenting with several gnats databases and have a small
problem with gnatsweb. When I want to "login again" and select
another database, my browser serves me the old "Main page", and
only after a reload do I get access to the new database. I assume
this is a browser caching problem. How do I avoid the extra "reload"?

Interesting. I thought all browsers were able to figure out with reasonable accuracy when a page has been generated dynamically. You may have this functionality switched off in your browser preferences.

Anyway, you should be able to fix this by having the browser check whether the page has been changed on every visit. In MS Internet Explorer, this is done by going to Tools > Internet Options, then click Settings in the Temporary Internet Files section of the window that appears. Then choose the "Every Visit" option (I run Norwegian Windows, so the translations here may not be entirely accurate).

In Netscape, Choose Edit > Preferences and then click the plus sign next to "Advanced" in the left window pane. Choose the subitem Cache and then choose the "every time" option.

Hope this helps,
