gnats-3.2 doesn't have gnatsd.c ??

I've downloaded and built gnats-3.2. Amongst other things, the form of
the index file seems to have changed. Not a problem but we've been using
gnatsd (in conjunction with gnatsweb) from a prior version, and there is
no gnatsd.c in the gnats-3.2 distribution. Could someone point us to a
compatible version of gnatsd.c please? Or perhaps there's a different
solution?
