Hi,
I use to have an Emacs 21.1 frame running "Inferior Scheme" with
guile on my desktop. Sometimes I can see chars blinking in
this frame while I'm not doing anything.
It seems to be Emacs related because while blinking the emacs
process consumes some CPU.
I'm using the default "jit lock" font lock support mode.
