Yes, that helps, and makes perfect sense.  

Can you confirm that you get the same result with Harry's build from today.

     Just to be sure
     
     An empty temp directory is created when you use SHOW ALL. Files are 
created when (very) large datasets are processed. So are you sure there where 
temp files created? These files are present during the processing.
