PSPP-BUG: [bug #39648] saving as .por doesn work from the GUI

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #39648 (project pspp):

Actually it works correct if the radio buttons at the left size of the dialog
box are used. 

I think the current situation is confusing. When "saved as" is used, the box
at the right size for selecting the file type seems obsolete. (or the radio
buttons at the left side)
