And the name of the codeset which is a part of locale name.

I have not seen any standard or specification of NAMES OF
codesets (not themselves), unlike name of charsets.
I see that SJIS is more widely accepted as a part of locale
name, than Shift_JIS, but somehow, Shift_JIS is used as part
of Japanese PO file name for gettext.

I recommend Shift_JIS as value of charset in PO file,
which is handled by PO translator occasionally.
I recommend SJIS as part of locale name, which many end users
may want to use.
