Still, it wouldn't hurt to make things easier for humans. Another
point mentioned on the gcc list is the ambiguity when someone says
they are using "3.3" - does this mean version 3.3 exactly, or an
unspecified version from the 3.3 branch? Just a suggestion.
Also, are these permissions right? Or should these files be
executable?
