after each game call SaveGame:

pf = fopen ("rollout.sgf", "w+");

loop over games

   SaveGame ( pf, plGame );
   fflush ( pf );
   FreeGame ( plGame );

end loop

fclose ( pf );

However, as Gary writes, gnubg and your system will have a hard time
handling a 1296-game sgf file... but on the other hand, it's probably
not very useful to have 1296 .sgf files either :-)
