The source files are ready to be uploaded (need to check the versions).
I understood when the source files are on the same server, one can 'copy'
packages?

I do mention the original name of the packages and the original link
(sourceforge or gimp).
But I assume that is not enough to satisfy the strict interpretation of GPL
requirements.
