This is already covered by GPL 2. Gamesgrid had gnubg playing at
different plies (ggraccoon, ggbeaver ...).
I think the most important difference is the part regarding cross
licensing not permitting agreements like Novell and MS have. This
contract is a big joke anyhow. Have you ever seen details?
