This is possible. I tested this issue on Windows only. And even had
GNUBG completely crash (no error) and disappear,, the popups occurred
once but I can't recall if that was because I already had a match in
progress before the analyse.

Maybe we could check for all the options in question and see if any are
off, and if the Database is being used to save matches - warn the user
of this condition up front. If they decided to accept and continue you
skip the MatchAnalysed check, otherwise you cancel the the batch.
